Hello Setterfeld Estates Residents, Your community needs you. The board is looking for several volunteers to help man the Property Team Committee. This committee is responsible for many of the wonderful things that have occurred or will occur in our community. The Property Team volunteers are the community’s eyes and ears when it comes to maintenance and or safety issues. They recently assisted with our community’s fencing needs, they monitor our Streetlights, help establish guidelines for Board approval and put forth their own recommendations, just to name a few things.
