Request for Volunteers
Hello Setterfeld Estates Residents,
Your community needs you. The board is looking for several volunteers to help man the Property Team Committee. This committee is responsible for many of the wonderful things that have occurred or will occur in our community. The Property Team volunteers are the community’s eyes and ears when it comes to maintenance and or safety issues. They recently assisted with our community’s fencing needs, they monitor our Streetlights, help establish guidelines for Board approval and put forth their own recommendations, just to name a few things. The committee meets quarterly or as often as they need. Their priority is the community’s needs and how best to meet those needs safely and economically.
Please review the Property Team Charter. If you are interested and have the ability to volunteer, complete the volunteer application and join with other residents that assist our community. As a team we can do great things, and our community will benefit. We thank you for your consideration. Any time you may have to volunteer for this committee is appreciated by everyone.
Thank you,
The Setterfeld Estates Board of Directors
